With each new leak, we learn that the NSA's spying programs stretch well-beyond counter-terrorism. In fact, the NSA is also playing a role in supplying other law enforcement agencies information on American citizens who may have committed a crime at one point in their life. And although the NSA claims it's not interested in this data belonging to Americans, it nonetheless plays an integral role in a constant dragnet on all US citizens. RT's Political Commentator Sam Sacks reports.
