Australian government says a new "carbon tax" helps reduce emission whereas the main opposition party says the hit has been to economy. A ski resort gets to the nub of the issue. It's energy intensive to run Hotham Alpine resort, with 84 snow-making machines and 13 lifts using electricity that costs $250,000 a season. Andrew Thomas reports from Mount Hotham, Australia.
