Cyber-thieves have stolen more than a million dollars in digital money from an online Bitcoin storage service. Hackers breached the host by manipulating flaws in the system which authenticates users. They made off leaving no trace having emptied the virtual vault almost completely. The service is unable to compensate most of those affected.
