Rival gangs in South Africa's Cape Town have reached a peace agreement after an recent increase in shootings. The violence has taken a toll on children's education as about 14 schools were closed temporarily in the wake of gang wars in the suburb Manenburg. Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports from Cape Town.
