Although Facebook's value hit $100.6 billion for first time ever this week, the company paid out $20 million in settlements to users who were used as a part of advertiser promotions without their permission. Now it seems teens are increasingly wary of how Facebook and other online applications use their information, according to a new Pew Research poll.
