There has been a rise in incidents of rape and sexual abuse of women and young girls in Somalia.Most of the assaults go unreported because victims fear stigma and reprisals.The United Nations recorded 1,700 rapes in 500 camps for displaced people in the capital Mogadishu.Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports from Mogadishu.
