When reactors at the Fukushima nuclear plant went into meltdown most of Japan's other nuclear power stations were closed too.That was more than two years ago and now the government wants not only to reopen them, but to build more.But not everyone is happy.Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught reports from Tokyo and Fukushima.
