City hall in Uruguay has started accept gay couples. This month, Uruguay became the second Latin American country after Argentina to allow same-sex marriage. Sergio Miranda and Rodrigo Borda are the first couple to register their marriage in Montevideo, just hours after the law came into force. Monica Villamizar reports from Montevideo.
