The biggest labour organisation in the United States is holding its annual convention in California. Among the issues being discussed are the long hours Americans are working. They are in fact some of the longest in the developed world. The US is the only industrialised country where workers are not legally guaranteed minimum vacation time. Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from San Francisco.
